General information on exchanges

Would you like to return your order or part of it to us following a cancellation or as part of our voluntary return guarantee (14 days from receipt of the goods)? Please note the following points.

Packaging and condition of the goods

If possible, please pack your product in the original box or equivalent packaging. The goods should not show any signs of use that go beyond what is permitted by law.

Costs of the return shipment:

In order to reduce shipping routes and minimise the resulting CO2 emissions and thus support the environment, we have decided to offer free return shipping to support a considered purchase decision.

However, in the event of an incorrect or defective delivery, please contact our customer service immediately at shop@puckdaddy.de.

If you have cancelled the purchase contract with us, you will be refunded the purchase price paid to us after we have received the goods back from you. You can find all further information in our cancellation policy.
