Dispatch by forwarding agent
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Bei der Versendung sperriger Güter (Speditionsversand) ins Ausland berechnen wir wie folgt:
- Baby cots (Mika, Nele and Ida) and house bed Finn are shipped by a forwarding agent: € 89.90
- Children's beds (Carlotta house beds) are shipped by a forwarding agent: € 139.90
- Wardrobe (Carlotta wardrobe) is dispatched by a forwarding agent: € 159.90
Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.
Delivery abroad (Austria and France):
We charge as follows for the dispatch of bulky goods (shipping by forwarding agent) abroad:
- Baby cots (Mika, Nele and Ida) and house bed Finn are shipped by a forwarding agent: € 89.90
- Children's beds (Carlotta house beds) are shipped by a forwarding agent: € 139.90
- Wardrobe (Carlotta wardrobe) is dispatched by a forwarding agent: € 159.90
Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.
Delivery is carried out by the forwarding agent GEL:
The goods are only delivered to the kerbside in front of the house. If you would like our house beds to be delivered to another European country, please contact our customer service team for further information on delivery costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-2 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3-4 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of the payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that was ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, the shipping costs will be credited to the same means of payment as in the order.
Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties incurred. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a favourable price.
General information on shipping
Please note that we always use the address you enter in the shop as the delivery address. Any delivery addresses entered with Paypal will therefore not be taken into account. Any costs incurred due to undeliverability or incorrect address details will be charged to the buyer.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the total price shown.
Note on the Austrian Packaging Ordinance
All packaging delivered to you will be properly disposed of by Reclay Systems GmbH in accordance with the Packaging Ordinance.
