Do you have questions about your order? Here, you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

As soon as you successfully place an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. In rare cases, technical issues may cause a delay. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours and it is not in your spam folder, please contact our customer service at shop@puckdaddy.de. Our team will gladly assist you. If you have a customer account, you can also check your order status there.
If the assembly manual is missing from your delivery or you have misplaced it, you can download it from our website under your product’s page. If you cannot find it there, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to send you a new manual.
If you created a customer account during your last order, you can log in and view your last order as well as its status.
If you forgot your password, don’t worry! Simply click on the "Forgot password" link. You will receive an automated email with a link to reset your password.
If you accidentally placed your order twice, please contact our customer service immediately at shop@puckdaddy.de. We will cancel the duplicate order if it has not yet left our warehouse.
Please contact our customer service at shop@puckdaddy.de, and we will arrange a quick and free return for the duplicate shipment.
Due to different delivery times or varying weight and size classes of certain products, your items may be shipped separately. Textiles and furniture, in particular, are often delivered in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
It is possible to pick up your order at our warehouse. However, please arrange a specific pickup appointment with our customer service in advance.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your package is on its way. This email will include a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your shipment.
Placing an order over the phone is not possible. However, you can conveniently order from our online shop at any time. If you need assistance with the ordering process, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Of course! You can cancel your order by sending an email to shop@puckdaddy.de or calling us, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will ensure that you receive a free return shipping label in this case.
