The Great Mother's Day competition

1. prize: 

Package 1 (changing place): the winner will receive from us a changing table Lasse, a chest of drawers Carlotta, a storage shelf Lasse, a clothes rail Svetje and a changing pad of your choice (except changing pad Flora and products that are not in stock).

Package 2 (Hugo): The winner will receive a clothes rail Hugo and a wall shelf Hugo.

2. conditions of participation

By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation. 

To participate, please send an e-mail stating the package you would like to win and a photo of your children's room where you would place the products. Please send the message to the following e-mail address: aktionen@puckdaddy.de.

The winner will enter into a cooperation with Puckdaddy GmbH. By doing so, the person agrees to send us photos of the furnished children's room with our products (in high image quality). 

Thus, the winners agree that we may use the private photos of their children's room for promotional purposes on our social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and our online store www.puckdaddy.de. Puckdaddy is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for this purpose, which is not limited in time. 

3. eligibility

All persons over 18 years of age who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Puckdaddy GmbH or its affiliated companies are excluded from participation.

4. participation period

The participation period of the competition runs up to and including 16.05.2021, 0.00 hours German time. 

5. winner selection

 The winners will be selected at random. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable by the winners.

6. notification of winners

The winners will be notified by e-mail within five days. The claim to the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another participant if the person does not respond within three days of receiving notification of the prize. 

7. dispatch of the prize

The shipment of the raffle prize will be carried out by us. Due to public holidays there may be delays. The winners are responsible for the correctness of the data, otherwise the winners have to bear the costs for a new shipment.

8. organizer

The organizer of the competition is Puckdaddy GmbH, Humboldtstrasse 9-11, 53819 Neunkirchen-Seelscheid. The sweepstakes is not connected to Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest are merely platforms on which Puckdaddy GmbH markets sweepstakes promotions. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest, but Puckdaddy GmbH. All questions, comments and/or complaints regarding the sweepstakes are to be directed exclusively to Puckdaddy GmbH.

9. data protection

Insofar as personal data is collected, processed and used by the person in the context of the sweepstakes, it will be collected, processed and used by Puckdaddy GmbH exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the sweepstakes and deleted again after the end of the sweepstakes. For the transmission of the prizes, the personal data (e-mail address, name and address) of the winner will be passed on to third parties in order to deliver the products. The delivery of the respective prizes cannot be provided with a guaranteed delivery date. This may vary depending on the competition partner.

10. legal process

Legal recourse is excluded.

11. disclaimer 

Puckdaddy GmbH is not liable for damages in connection with participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition provider or its agents act intentionally or grossly negligent. This shall not affect any claims for compensation due to injury to life, limb and health or material contractual obligations. Products that are listed in this competition and are no longer in stock can be replaced by equivalent products.

The winner is fully exempt from all legal consequences in connection with the image that we publish on our social media channels or website and / or online store. 

Puckdaddy GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other (organizational, technical or legal) reasons. In such a case, the participants shall not be entitled to any claims.

12. severability clause

Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining conditions shall remain in effect. They shall be replaced by a corresponding valid clause. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole.
